This series of high-temperature melt pressure sensors/transmitters adopts internationally advanced high-precision and high stability sensors, equipped with ASIS high-performance amplification circuits. After thousands of fatigue impacts, high and low temperature cycle aging, and precise digital temperature compensation processes, they are refined through stainless steel full sealing welding (laser welding).
By using sensors to convert the magnitude of melt/fluid pressure into electrical signals (such as mV, mA, V) for output, it can be used by other devices in the control system (such as pressure control instruments, frequency converters, PLCs, etc.) to achieve open-loop or closed-loop automation control of the entire system.
High quality sensors, strict calibration processes, and sophisticated assembly techniques ensure the excellent quality of this product. Suitable for measuring and controlling the pressure of high-temperature melts/fluids in chemical fiber spinning, polyester, rubber and plastic machinery at temperatures ranging from 100 ℃ to 458 ℃. The PT series sensors can be used in conjunction with our PY series instruments to meet various requirements of different users, and can also be directly used with imported instruments (such as DYNISCO) without any adjustment or modification. The connection threads, lead out connectors, and other components are all compatible. Build a foundation to meet various customer needs.
